New Photos ~ Fantastic NEW Close Up Lens!!!

I just received my new lens today. Brand new for Nikon it is the 105mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor. Phenominal! It has a built in vibration reduction motor that allows you to tak photos at slower shutter speeds without shake/blur. I just grabbed a few photos today and was extrememly pleased with the results.

First the Breidohri...little blockhead...great colors!

And the female. I had four when I got them from Jeff. I now have two pair...each breeding on either half of the 300 gallon grow out tank. What are the odds...

Simply breathtaking!! You can almost make out individual chromatophores. Your rig would be awesome for taking pics of embryonic development through egg membranes. Can't wait for something like that.
