Dude, watch your other fish. I had two of those, and I have never ever been happy when a fish died except for those two did. They could not possibly have had a better diet, and yet they insisted on sucking on all of my other fish. They are so cool looking, but they caused damage to so many of my fish!

Edit: Sorry for negative response, as I know how exciting it is when you get new fish. I just REALLY don't want you coming out in the morning to be shocked to find all your current kids munched on. Keep a close eye on these guys. If you do manage to get them to not bother your other fish, I'd love to know what you're doing as these little guys are so cool looking. To me they have a little bit of a Dr. Suess look with their nobby nose.

Would like to see your banded leporinus, I just got one today, the LFS told me when they get 8" they get very aggressive.

Your leporanis get get to 14 inches. Not very common but I have seen them that big. Yes they get very aggressive also.
