I just finally got around to taking some photos of this guy.. I only think that one of them came out nice.. This is the rare, Lepidiolamprologus elongatus.. maxing out at twelve inches this guy is a super predator from tang. Hes currently around 5 inches and squares off with cichlids that are over 10 inches.. Let me know what you guys think of him.. PS there is a little "bump" on his gills, the gentleman i acquired him from sais he has had it since birth, do you guys have any idea what it might be?

Nice mean fish, they come in small around here and most peole mistake them for some type of Juli.I had one some time ago but he didnt get to too big of a size before he wore out his welcome, back then I had more delicate fish than what I would keep one with currently.

Very cool.

he needs a name...

I'll name him... Jimmy!
