Nice pick ups man! That Male festae has awesome coloring, not to mention I have never seen so much red on a Oscar id say you got a steal on those.

Yeah well this is them stressed, they just went into the tank after I took the photos! i`m looking forward to my triumphant comeback to keeping cichlids

Yeah I think it may have been a "super red", as it was just given in by someone who had too small a tank.

I imagine with some feeding up and all the space they will become real nice looking

Yeah hes the reddest oscar I have seen at that size. they seem to get duller as they get bigger.
I used to have an albino oscar that was the same bright color but he didn`t have as much coverage on his upper body. By far the nicest oscar his size I have seen so I had to get him!
