A week ago we travelled to Edmonton and picked up some fish we had really wanted. The first was a trio of Trimacs which spawned within 4 days of getting them home. Sadly they lost or ate all their eggs. The second was a real nice Red error male who really coloured up our female and look as though they may spawn soon. We also got a pair of Louisellei they look great and the male has some real attitude. The highlight of the trip as usual was admiring Ivans set up. He keeps his tanks in fantastic shape and his collection of fish is out of this world. They are all large growing Central Americans and many are full size. Thanks for the great fish Ivan you are a good friend to have.
After getting all the fish home I got motivated and did some work on our set up I had been putting off. We now have 10 more tanks set uo and never lost any space in our fish room. This brings our total up to 135 tanks and we still seem short of room.
