Nice big loach ...yeah that's a very common thing they do plus the ticking sound too.

haha what a fatty. lol nice pickup.

All my clown loaches play dead. This is very common in clown loaches when they're in a relaxed state. Nice pickup by the way. PM me with price and if there is anymore left where you got it?

yep....my dentist has a tank in his office and his clown loach does that.i remember telling the receptionist that they had a dead fish in the tank. she ran over and tapped on the glass and laughed at me as the clown loach scurried away. i learned something new.

Great pick up Gino. It's a fat one. Loach sleeps like pig, lays on the side, so you have to watch closely at its mouth and gills to see if it's still breathing.

Actually, Tong didn't hoard all the giant loaches when Rich brought them in. He bought them off from others, who were selling them. He stepped up fair and square, not sitting back and wait until they're sold out, and then later cries "Not fair!":ROFL::ROFL:

You don't want to feed your fish what he feeds his :grinno: If you haven't noticed, any fish that he keeps end up staying at the bottom, including Leichardti and Kelberi!
