I picked this used UV sterilizer from LFS up for $50, with an old bulb (LFS owner didn't know how old) and a NEW IN BOX 18w power compact UVC bulb (worth $50 by itself.)
It has a twisting plastic (!? thought UVC and plastic were incompatible, can someone weigh in on whether this thing will even work?) tube inside that goes around the bulb. I confirmed that it doesn't leak.

No visible logos. Has a wall-wart ballast that says "radionics" on it. Anyone know who made this? I'm searching through google image results for "uv sterilizer" already.
