How can I tell the difference? Planetcatfish has the same info for both L177 and L018. Both look the same. Same info. IDK??

There are 3 similar forms from the same river which are separated by the size of the spots and collection locality. The fish with the largest spots come from higher up the river and the smaller spots come from further down the river while the L018 is from in between them. The L085 is the juvenile form of L018, thus they are the same fish. But this says L018 is mid-river, correct? so the L177 is closer to the mouth of the river???

Awesome gn. You could argue spot size all day. I'd just call it an L18, and enjoy my Beautiful pleco.
