New pickup (marble x Motoro)!

Took me around 5 hours (total) of driving to get this beauty in my tank!
She is currently around 4.5"-5" and is feeding heavenly on nightcrawlers.

BTW do you think she has more spots than usual motoros? AND do they tend to lose any as they grow?

Nice looking ray. She does have lots of spots, but motoros vary. No, she won't lose the spots. They may fade or darken, depending on light, substrate color, food, etc.

My female motoro (14") has gotten so dark that you can hardly see the spots on her, she's gone from the tan color (when she was about 8") with yellow spots to almost black. She still eats well and has had three liters of pups so she must be healthy. The substrate is light colored but the tank walls is a darker blue. So you never know, they do sometimes change color when they get larger.
