it takes a turquoise rainbow a few years to get that big.

they are famously slow growers.

very nice ! around here, because it take a long time to grow, big ones are pricey! good find!

i know he could be someones older fish ..and the person passed away.. because the LFS man said someone brought him in but they did not know anything about him.. I thought he was beautiful and had alot of personality in the store.. so had to bring him home

yes, his shape is normal. rainbows get very high in the body as they get older, that is all except for the dwarf and redtail varieties.
