Just got this guy/gal at the LFS, didn't have much to spend but wanted to add a CA/SA Cichlid of some sort. Saw this one in a tank on the very end for $6. Couldn't pass it up. Here are some in bag pics, still showing good color. Unfortunately he/she bumped thier head on one of the driftwood sections when I first put him/her in and now has a bump, it should heal up though. Can anyone tell the sex, I have no idea. In a 75g with a few other CA/SA Cichlids and 2 Senegals but going in a 120g Native only CA/SA tank I am planning as long as I can sell my 100g Acrylic soon.

I'd say just over 3".

great pickup. It has great colors. How big is it tho, and i need some better shots of the fins and everything for a sex determination. For now i would say male just because of the color but am by no means positive.
 
Very bright in red! Very nice pickup. I was thinking about getting some FH and making one of my 55 gallon into them but never got the chance to do it.
