I just picked up a L-24 flame pleco from a local store for $40 at 2 1/2". Not a bad deal I was thinking(remember I live in Kansas of all places).:D Anyways no pics yet but will be up hopefully sometime soon. Just a quick question. I know the size and the temper of the fish, but what about food; anything specific or just all around stuff?
 
Ok, I live in kansas too. Would you mind telling me what lfs you found him at. I live near St. Joe Missouri, and all of their lfs suck. I have to travel 200 miles to find a decent lfs!
 
Miles Of Exotics on Barry Rd and 69, just east of I29, the fish manager's name is Dave and the owner is Mark..they just got in some small royals amd other plecos...also 2 black aro's that are to die for literally at around 225.00 a piece....Call the store before you drive in and ask for Dave
 
i live about ten blocks from miles. i'm known as "chris the store credit king".
 
and miles of exotics is just past the airport from st. joe. about a half hour drive from fredrick/i-29.
 
Thanks very much man! I live about 1 hour from st. joe, so it is still a decent drive to get there, but still not as long of a drive as going clear to near downtown KC.
 
Yeah man, get one those pics I haven't seen the collection in a while!
