That cross is not only possible but has been done many times...but for some reason most produced end over seas and the ones that hit US pet market are sold for rediculous prices. Your turtles have however MUCH growth to do and it will take many years before you can begin to think about trying such adventure.
Your turts should be put on pellets as soon as possible, bloodworms dont have most of the things they need. A trick in getting them to acept pellets consists in powdering thouse and mixing them with shredded chicken (like a mini burger!). Tetra reptomin is good.
Your turtles are overcrowed with gold fish, those are not good to have both with turtles so small (not because they are agressive, because they tend to have nasty patogens)and in such densities. Put them apart.
