His mouth is crooked because I am sure someone caught him before and mistreated him while removing a hook....its ok...it doesnt take away from his beauty!!!! he is gorgeous to me!!!!

Adds to his "saved" nature...no doubt whoever removed the hook was harsh...nice sized blue gill there

yup he is definantly saved. Glad I grabbed him now...he is so happy where he is..god bless his soul..hes an ol timer....he's gotta be at least 5 years old....

i have one the same size in with my central americans. got it when around 6 inches and put on considerable length and weight and is pushing 9+ inches. good rescue and good luck with him!

I love all my green sunfish and bluegill. I have them in a pond though. Deffinatly cool fish. (BTW I am getting a longear sunfish here anytime now along with a redfin pickerel. You will deffinatly see pictuers!)
