Right after feeding time. and man he loves nightcrawlers!! he has bulked up great for me. and no he doesnt look this fat all the time :D he is around 7" across maybe bigger now, i can tell his tail as gained some gurth as well. so thats a good thing i would say.

Looking great Joe, he is really bulking up, and the fatter the tail the better.
 
Thanks guys! i do not expect the tetras to live long at all LOL thats why i left them in there :D

i love to watch him pounce on nightcrawlers!!!! like a cat with his toy! hehe
 
Thanks dude! ya he can be quite the fatty after feeding time. i have been feeding him 3 to 4 times a day
once in the morning once at lunch once when i get home from work and if he seems hungry before bed il throw him another crawler :D :headbang2 :naughty:

As of right now he has the whole tank to himself 240gal 8x2x2

but a week from today there are 3 more comming in 1M-2F :D :headbang2
