Looks like whats called a 'Chocolate' pleco. Count the spines in it's dorsal fin, it it has about 12 then it's definitly a Pterygoplichthys species
It's a 'amelanistic' form of the common P. Pardalis. Light coloured, but not albino (The eye colour is normal)

Should grow about a foot long, maybe a little more, and it's a great pleco if you have the space :D

Cheers

nice looking chocolate pleco..

+ 1 Will eat almost anything but like greens.

That is a chocolate pleco, which can be one of many species of pterygoplichthys. P. pardalis is one of the more common forms. These guys max far above 12" though, actually attaining a size of 18" and sometimes more.
