New plecos

These are actually pretty active and have stunning colors maybe you should ask your question to people that have tanks just full of plecos they can probably answer better then me but I'm definitely going to be getting more plecos In the future

It's true I caught the dreaded Pleco fever too. They're just little bulldogs of a fish. I had a marble hi fin that would chase my 8 inch flowerhorn off of food. Got rid of him cuz he was a real "Richard" only thing is you do rarely see them and usually the only way you can see them is if they don't have enough hiding places. Plus my royal Pleco is a damn sawdust factory. The tank substrate gets covered up with wood turds super fast. Probably gettin rid of him as I can't keep up with the gravel vac'ing. You're gold nuggets have really nice color. Any plans on getting more?

Not sure if I'm getting more gold nuggets but I'm definitely getting more plecos and thanks for the kind comments they do have gorgeous color I'm very pleased with these guys

my 18" common pleco is very active. he never stops patroling the tank. he even follows me around the room like a puppy dog. here he is in the background

Plecos have their own beauty just like cichlids, rays, arowanas etc.. I find plecos beautiful and the thrill of searching for rare ones is a bonus.

+1000, beauty is in the eyes o the beholder, plecos are my favorite type of fish i own, theyre beautiful in there own way

i have 3 other cool pleco plus i just got a 4" Gold nugget pleco and i want more! :headbang2
