Bought as an XL Senegal for $40 bucks. I'm pretty sure its a lapradei (Confirm/ID plz), which makes me extremely happy because we are very short of bichirs around here....I mean, I get super excited when I see a delhezi for sale. Heres some pics, but they don't give it justice, it is super thick haha.
Yup, the head doesn't look like a Senegal. By the way, what's the difference between a Lap and a Palmas? Hope somebody shares photos of Palmas, because a LFS here is selling a 5" poly labelled as Palmas for $9. I just wanna make sure it's worth it.

your 'palmas' at the lfs could in fact be a senegalus since i've seen them mislabeled as such as well. palmas polli (what anne posted) has a sorta marbling pattern, and senegalus is patternless.
