Hey guy's i just got this little cutie today he is in betwwen 1.011-1.012 sg right now he's cruizing around doing great all ready ate some froze shrimps and bloods worms my temp is a little over 78 and stable right now i have crushed coral in the tank my ph is a little under 8 as of right now the place were i bought him told me he gets to around 4 inches or so. I am looking for you guy's to tell me how big i actually get as you can see i got the water perimiter good don't need help with that just wanta now what i am and how big i get. I'm so excited i just set this tank up for my nephew and i never did a bw before but was actually pretty easy. I used 1/4 cup marine salt per gallon to get these perimiters thanks for you'r time allso recommended tank size i'm in a 14w14d20 tall right now to get me started and will be moved into a bigger tank if needed so no you need a bigger tank slams because if so that's not a problem thanks for you'r time i greatly appreciate it. And yes i looked at all three pages on here first and couldn't tell if he was any of these kinda looked like a f8 from the top and a gsp from the side thanks agian.

Sincerely

forgot the pics waite a minute i'll post

here they are

i don't know if your being sarcastic but i see no pic's...none whatsoever

If you don't know what kind of puffer it is, why is it in BW? Also, how did you cycle the tank so fast? Sounds like it might be a Ceylon puffer (Tetraodon fluviatilis).
Look here: PUFFERPEDIA

Hey guys sorry i lost power in the middle of posting the pics last night here they are. And to answer you'r quistion puffer punk. I have him in water between 1.011and1.012 water becuase that's what he's was in in the store i bought him in. And i cycled the tank in two day becuase the store gave me water and bacteria from the filter of the tank that he was in in the store. So here's the pics and thanks agian for you'r time and the water perimiters in his tank are exactly what they were in the store. All the way to the crushed coral.

SIncerely

Jeffrey allen Braley

Exactly same care & feeding as a Green spotted puffer but grows a bit larger, about 7-8" & requires a minimum of 40g tank (55g would be even better for an adult).
