New Rainbowfish, Any ideas what kind it is?

Doesn't look like that. Praecox have a rainbow of colors in their body, that have lines that go horizontally. This one is pure blue, with red fins.

Every picture I found online of m. praecox has horizontal lines. Fishbase has them with the lines as well, although they are faint. This one does not show even a hint of the lines.
