I would call it Leo but doesnt mean there isnt BD in it. BD/Leo doesnt always have the perimeter spotting. So unless you have seen the parents or know the lineage there isnt a definitive answer.
Nice looking ray by the way.
Also in MY definition of standard/classic Leo there wouldnt be any perimeter spotting at all. Just back spots.
