i went to my lfs for food , and they happen to have a 2 inch gold severum that was very nice and bright . I brought it home and it and my red stripe get on great there both shy but its looking good the store owner gave me a green one also just for spending so much there so often but hes around the 4 inch mark and quite territorial, he chases the others a good bit but doesnt nip them just chases real fast i will prolly return him what do you guys thinkj i should do.

happy thanksgiving

what size tank are they in? It could work out if the tank has enough space, maybe add a divider so they new fish can properly acclimate

We need to know what size tank there in?? I say add some rocks or a tank divder. If you can't find a home ship the green sev to me...lol

there in a 75 i think ill get rid of the green the gold and red spot get on quite well but the green just lords over the tank its just chasing no nipping of fins yet but will this stress them badly

Sevs chase....they need to get used to each other...that provided there's enough room for them and you didn't end up with 3 males...but they should be fine.

there ina 75 and the red is 3 inches and the gold is 2, and the green is like 4 to 4 1/2 there to small to sex right now arent they will they be ok for a while if i notice nipped fins should i remove one

give them some hiding places and they'll chill out. my female use to chase my male around all the time when i first got them. post up some pics :D

at those sizes you should be able to sex them, especially the gold and green. the red may be a bit more difficult in my experiences. i was able to sex mine at 2.5" when i got them

males will have squiggly lines on their faces, females wont
heres my male
