Hi all, anyone have any experience with the new rebranded rena (now API) filstar XP filters?
I have been reading online that they now no longer come with the spray bar and powerjet output attachments, and now come with a 'gooseneck' candy cane type thing with an output on the end.
problem is, it looks like you won't get much surface movement now because of the way the new output is ( several inches below the water surface and pointing directly outwards)
with the old options you could angle the flow upwards but it doesn't look like you will get much movement at the surface with the new design.
any comments would be appreciated.
