A guy was moving and didnt want to take his fish. He said that he didnt think it would be safe to empty the tank and fill it back up with chlorinated water, so Im guessing he never used prime or anything like it 
, no idea. I didnt argue though. So I got three 3" silver dollars to go with the 4 I have currently, 3 gouramis (2 blue 1 orange), and a pair of Jack Dempseys (male is about 7" and the female is around 5")! I will take some pics once they settle in and get acquanted with the tank.
