ok so i got some 2011 rock shox darts and its the threadless steerer. It doesnt have anything inside the tube. Do i have to buy that thing that the bolt on the top cap threads into? wtf??

You need to have a star nut punched in. One should cost a few dollars at a local shop. You also need the tool to set it to the right depth...take the fork to a shop and they should do it for you on the spot...might charge labor but it shouldn't be much.
Ok thanks i went and bought one and put it in myself. Went in straight and put it same depth of other forks. Thanks!
