Heya guys i finally got my self and RTC, heres a video of it 5 mins after being in the tank. Also for those wondering wot this cost in AUS, this cost me $700 think urself lucky most of u guys can access these so easily and so cheaply.

and before anyone starts and whinges about tank size or eating its tank mates bla bla bla..... dont worry about it i know wot i gota do.

+1 I would have a very difficult type paying that amount for one fish or at least convincing the wife. Is there a pond in it's future?

Not so much a pain just means u pretty much have to be rich if u want exotic or monsters lol otherwise I would have easy 10x more of every fish I could lol

Believe me wen u pay big dollars it's stressful waiting for it to come by plane..... Also I can never convince the Missus so I just make it happen whether she likes it or not. And yes if all goes my way there will be more then just any old pond in the future

Is there a cost to import fish to Tasmania?
Or does Tasmania have the same fish importing laws as Australia?

I have personally never dealt with anyone or anything from Tas, but im pretty sure $$ wise its generally the same. The only possible problem i can see is our "noxious" list varies from sate to state which is a joke really and our "grey" area is also ridiculous.
