I`ve tried getting ahold of some salvini cichlids for a while and got my mom to stop by a fish store on her way to visit me this weekend (a good 5 hours drive from me, so i can`t return them), she picked up 2 but sadly, one of them is not doing to good.
He`s in a QT now with some warmer water and salt
He had three very small balls of cotton, or it looked like it stickng/attached to the body, they have since fallen off and now there`s a tranlucent white mark the same places.
I`m thinking he might just had beating in the lfs tank, but he breaths very heavy and the petrol fins are going very fast. HE`s also very pale in color compared to the other fish, altough thats a female... this male looks very dull in color
Any ideas ?
