new season river monsters. the pacu

what did you think about last nights show saying the pacu is attacking people. i think thats one episode they came to a false conclusion on.

I wouldnt doubt it myself. There in a habitat there not spose to be in and they could be reverting to a carnivorous species there. My red bellies seem to like eating tilapia more than vegies.

I kept thinking they'd end up talking about a different fish, not the pacu.

I definitely think its possible considering the fact that the river seemed to lack predatory fishes, and they're introduced and could fill that niche.

So,the lessons learned from the season opener are,the river in New Guinea is like Lake Victoria all over again with the introduction of the Nile perch there and,.......human flesh tastes like pork?

Yeah I was dissapointed-my wife was like "You waited a week for this show?"

same i was disapointed with last nights premier.

I fell asleep at 10:30.

First episode was pretty dissapointing. Im sure the next shows will be alot better

Yeah was disappointed too...was hoping he'd catch a bigger pacu! There's always next week!!
