In search of Leiarius
I traded in my ten gallon for a 25 gallon that has inside dimensions of 15in tall, 10 1/2 in wide, and 36 in long. temps are still in the range of 76-86f.

My question is would it be a good idea to put in one bristlenose pleco with 6-8 kuhli loaches, would the bristle nose like the loaches slime coat or would it leave the loaches slime coat alone, i do plan on feeding both species a proper and nutrious diet.

Filtration is a sponge filter with power head that is rated for 30 gallons.

you should be good to go. kuhliis would be a bit small for the BN to get a hold on and rasp at. and kuhliis are like little missiles, and generally rest in odd places.
i doubt the BN will be able to get to them because they like to hide in very small spaces.

BN Plecos are pretty good and keep to themselves IME.

I agree with the previous posts, your only other concern is filtration. Plecos poop a lot, and i think you'll find that you'll be cleaning the sponge daily. I recommend Some sort of mechanical filtration as well as the sponge such as a HOB or overhead trickle system ( great threads in the DIY section), or even better IMO a canister filter. Keep the sponge too they're great bio-filtration.
I had loaches before with plecs and the loaches being so busy break up a lot of crap in the bottom of the tank making the filter more effective so you wont feel the need to vacuum the substrate every day or two.

You'll be fine. A few different hiding spots will benefit both species and that will be good. What kind of ancistrus are you going for?
