what happened to that convict's mouth in the second picture?

Hahah I am pumped someone else saw that too. I have a tank with one little convict and 4 RBP's and one day I came to the tank and it looked like he was missing his face. It healed just as the one in the picture too.

the last convict in my mix pygo tank got its face ripped off as well, and few days later that convict had disappeared from that tank.

aww thats horrible what happend to that convict something like that happend to one of my convicts last week except he just lost his lower lip and its slowly growing back now


leave it at the cichlid owners weren't very happy when i asked if it would grow back in the cichlid section lol but what do they know most of them said it wasen't going to grow back.

I think if just a flesh wound then it might grow back but if the jaw is missing then it might not grow back fully. mine never lived long enough for me to find out
