HEY ALL I STARTED A THREAD YESTERDAY ABOUT MY NEW AMAZING ARO THE THREAD WAS KINDA DEAD WITH NO PICS I GUESS BUT HERE HEorSHE IS A NICE 6-7IN... TELL ME WHAT U GUYS THINK AND A COUPLE QUESTION

my few questions were simple if anyone could help: 1 how to avoid this droopy eye condition that they develop? 2 is it harmful or bad for them to eat cichlid pellets that i feed my cichlids frequently it is swimming with? 3 what is the best diet for them?

Drop eye keep ur filters clean and do normal water changes, and for the arowana eating pellets there is nothin wrong as long as it is eating and u have him of live food and as he gets bigger u can feed him market shrimp and and even dried up shrimp and crickets

I think my best recomendation would be always floating food for the drop eyes and a tight (no were for him to jump out and die) lid for the tank with some straps for when he becomes a monster. :)

U got a nice arowana, my best recommendations is to fatten him up with dried up shrimp and flakes and try to get him on market shrimp
