New silver arowana question

Do you think that if I throw in a silver arowana that it might eat my convict cichlid? I'm not too worried about my 12 inch Oscar though. Please help me before I get one

The silver arowana can eat anything that can fit in its mouth. So it depends on the size of the fishes you are going to put together. Normally they do not attack other fishes they can no eat.

Probably more of a chance of the oscar eating the convict. What size tank do you have or are you planning? Silver arowana require tanks of at least 300-400 gallons of water once they are grown. I highly recommend lots more research before you decide to buy an arowana
