I have a 125 Gallon Community cichlid tank with a mix of different fish, and today i woke up and found eggs on a piece of slate. Now the weird part is that there are no female fish by the eggs or interested. There is one male Grammodes semi guarding the eggs. But he will occasionally swim away and a male Green terror will guard the eggs. Is it possible that they both fertilized the eggs? Why is there no female fish interested in the eggs

Definetly not the grammodes.. and the GT was paired before with a definite female that laid eggs. So unless she is Bi and switched from female GT's to male Grammodes, then no. lol
