On the Rio Araguaia, I wish...
Just picked up this nice female tonight at the reptile show and am in the beginning phase of setting up the terrarium for her and a few others that I'm planning on picking up over the next several months. Bare with me as she was mid shed in this pic but later this week I'll take better ones. Yes I know I need more plants, and more plants will be in there by friday :) Just a couple quick pics but loads more to come soon ~Trent

I really like that Gecko! I have been getting more into reptiles and amphibians lately as they require less space and much less HEAVY water!!!! I can't wait to see what else you are getting ! So far everything is off to a good start!

I'm not into geckos much although some of the leaf-tailed geckos, including yours, are very beautiful lizards :)

And big E, I know what you mean...I used to be all about some fish before I got into herps. But fish cages are more likely to break through the floor. And snakes are generally a lot less expensive to keep, which is always nice.

Uroplatus Ebenaui....very nice. You should get into some of the other leaftailed species (sikorae, phantasticus, lineatus, fimbriatus, etc.) as well. I used to breed a few species. Great geckos. Make sure you don't keep them too warm. They enjoy lower temperatures than what the gecko "norm" would be.

Yeah I read up on them before I bought her, I keep the tank between 72-76 usually. I was planning on buying a larger leaftail like uroplatus fimbriatus initially just didn't find any good specimens at the last reptile show. I will be picking up a mate for her sometime in the next couple months and after I get my pond finalized I plan on building a large enclosure for the big leaftail species like fimbriatus and henkeli. Here are some updated pics ~Trent
