New species competition. Parachromis friedrichsthalii

Okay folks. The new species competition is for Parachromis friedrichsthalii. It will last one week then a poll will be opened to vote on each fish by member. Be thinking of what you want to see next. I think we ought to go with another genus or two before coming back to Parachromis.
