Well IF THIS IS TRUE then I would say it's a scary science experimental and how crazy/scary of one mind or a group scientist. As Hobbyist stand point then that's a freaking ugly mutated species

2. even if it was, its not a hybrid, rather selective bred with fish that has defective external gill protrusion, we see it in some other fish from time to time to varying degrees...
