New Syno Schoutedini keeper !

HI, Im new to the site. Ive got a school of 6 tiger barbs, 3 little corys, and ive had a 3.5 in synodontis schoutedini for about 1 month now. he's doing well, hides all the time but seems healthy. I was wondering if anyone has advice or helpful hints as to what there favorite foods, environment, or friends to add for the future might be. Thanks !

Great Syno, saw it for the first time at a LFS, went home to get some info on it, came back the next day and it was gone. Haven't found one since.

Hey that is what is in the LFS in my town. There are about 15 of them and they haven't sold very many. They were labeled "asst synodontis;$ 12.99"

I could be mistaken, but those look familiar. They could have been a hybrid or a similar species... but they had the same shaped head.

Hey thanks for the link. Some solid info there. Anyone have experience with a moonlight to lure out synos from hiding all day ? i read that might help but im not familiar with the equipment. Thanks
