I think the dorsal filament is the giveaway.

It's a decorus, the stripes on the dorsal and tail along with the filaments on barbels points to decorus.

My LFS had a smaller one in their showcase tank they wouldn't sell me, but they sold me the bigger one and it was only $20.00 more for a fish that was like 6" bigger. Go figure.
