70gallons tank. always ammonia and nitrite 0.

Now start new tank 205Gallons + sump 70gallons.
i have throw old tank 30% water to new tank sump. wed, fri, sun then add 205gallons tank 3/4 tap water and add water safe and bacteria in.

Tuesday- throw all old tank water and fish to new tank.
ammonia and nitrite 0.25 now.
I do 30% water change. tomorrow again test kits then again 30% water change.

How long take it for the bacteria to grow more?

Did you add the old filter media in as well?
Because old tank water is useless for cycling the tank,
the bacteria don't colonise in the water column

Sounds like your new tank is in the process of cycling. Should take up to six weeks.

yup new tank is in the process of cycling. so must i do water change or waiting untill bacteria more?
When can i start water change?

Ammonia is showing up because there isn't enough BB to keep up with it. Doing water changes won't deter their growth.

How stocked is the tank now? I had a little trouble following your post but you moved all the old fish into the new tank?

Not knowing your ammonia readings I would say that doing daily water changes might be a good idea.

5x bala shark 10-15cm
3x pleco 10cm
20x clown loach 4-8cm
2x black ghost knife

so i must 30% water change dialy

holly fish cycle, this is going to be a long rough one for you. that is a lot of fish. IMHO you might start going to pet stores and trying to buy or score small amounts of thier used media
get enough and it will reduce the cycle.

Seeded media will help but you really should have done a fish less cycle, I can understand why people don't having only one tank and moving on to larger tanks.

I moved from a 55 to a 220 with out cycling and never had detectable ammonia or nitrite and I tested every day for 2 weeks. However I moved over all the media, and put the gravel from the 55 in a media bag and placed it in the 220.
