New tank/changeover

Hi all i have just upgraded my tank to a 5ft 500l from a 200l and was wondering how some of u would do the changeover
My current tank is running on a fluval 405 and the new tank came with one too

1 should i just split the media from the mature filter between the two and use as much water and all the gravel out of the old 200 tank and do a straight swap
2 fishless cycle the new tank with the new filter and then swap all over
3 run the two filters on the old tank for a few days then do as number 1

What do you all think

If you're switching tanks completely all you need to do is run the same filter or at least use the same media. If you switch the same media to a bigger filter make sure you monitor your water, your tank may go through a mini cycle...........

I plan to do this soon. I was thinking about taking a good chunk of water from the first tank and putting it in the second and then putting the filters over a little later.
