Okay so it's been a week since I got my 75 gal (i know i know... it's too small... don't worry it's a grow tank, plus my parents wouldnt let me get anything bigger so theres really nothing I can about it anyways)

I cycled it with feeders (even though some poeple think you shouldn't, but it seems to be working fine for whoever I've spoken too in person) and threw some swords (amazon) in.

I just put him in an hour ago, he seems to be happy and I think he's a little confused with all the space (since I got him when he was a baby and raised him in my 20 gal planted lol)

Ill get some pics up soon :)

Nice one post pics, i wanna see as i have my arow (silver) is in a 60 gallon. what type and size is your arow??

So its not really a grow tank its your main tank?if so wont take long now. I give him 3 months before he outgrows it, just enough time to find him a good home.

Ok members, I'm new here so I have a question on a baby Arrow going in a 250 gal. tank. Arrow is 6" now and this is a new species for me. My friends has a 24" Arrow in a 140 tank and the tank look so small for this guy. He looks happy though. I am a Oscar lover really and have 8- 10"-12" girls Red and Tigers and 2 -10" Albino's/F . I have 4- 18" Pacu's in a 800 gal. backyard jaccuzzi. (converted to a pond). The only problems with my Pacu's is they don't let anybody else in the pond with them. I also have 4- 10"-14" Indo. Koi's and 4- jap. Koi's. (10") I also keep over 20- 6" Comets (raised from feeder days) So...I'm not a newbie to aquariums..just new to this Arrow. If I keep a pair in there (6") will they get alone? Are their water perimeter the same as fresh water fishes. Tempt. ? 70- 80 degrees OK? I have seen some keepers put 4-6 Red Parrots (5") in the tank with the Arrow. Is that OK? I guess if any smaller it will be snack for them.. I have plenty of tanks for my fishes. I keep buying them...So far, 1-250 gal. 1- 150 gal. tall 1- 100 gal. long 2- 70 gal. long 1-40 gal. 2-30 gal. 1- 20 gal. hosp tank. and a 800 gal. jaccuzzi. Adding another 100 gal. if this guy is selling the tank and cabinet for $200.
