next step a 10' intex pool! anyways nice cats you got there man :)

Thanks Guys.
I am well aware of how fast these guys grow. I had both of them since they were about 2" long and they have moved tanks like 5X.
They started in a 20 gallon and grew out of it in the first month. I had a 40 gallon cube they went into for another 2 weeks after that while they're 75 gallon cycled water. Then i had them in a 90 and they were chill for like 3 months but i noticed that Moby(RTC) had to start to swim upwards to turn around. So i went to buy them a 210 and they were like a G for tank and stand. I found this 150 for 500 brand new with tank and stand. Threw my 525GPH canister filter on it and cycled it for 3 weeks with goldfish in it. Ordered a second 525GPH filter that i will daisy chain on the 150 Gallon to polish the water a bit more. I figure these cats will outgrow this new tank in a couple more months. Which will give the tank builders enough time to finsih my new 1500 gallon beast acryllic tank. give it another month to cycle water and then the cats get another new home. Since the big tank will only possibly be 30" deep or tall to fit through the doors they will get one final home in my big back yard in a pond. I still have to figure out the heating and cooling of said pond for them as well as how to keep it flowing like a river but otherwise i got a plan.

So u think the rtcs would be ok in the heat but not in the cold? What if I had some industrial heating system I could guarantee the water would stay above 70-75 all the time?

Yeah they are South American so they are very OK in the heat. The Cat will be fine in 75 degree water or warmer.

So a 1500 gallon tank that's 30" deep would have to be 12 feet X 6.5 feet or somewhere along those lines. Is this going in a bedroom? I mean, I understand the 30" part so u can turn it sideways and move it down the hall and into a room. My question is what army is moving it?

So when you said 1500 gallon maybe you meant to say 500 gallon ?

The 1 was a typo...
