i have a 10g that i want to set up as a plant tank. it is filled with flourite about 3" and a DIY 1L co2 system. I dont have money for lights but i have 2 compact flourescent energy saving bulbs as lighting in the tank (15w but same as 60w regular bulb). Just added water tonight and co2 hooked up. is this enough for now or what else can i do to make this better? planning on just planting whatever i can find around the lfs.

I used 2-15 watt CFL (the dome style lights for reptiles work great at holding these). I used DIY CO2 at first, but got tired of it and did heavy doses of excel afterwards and dosing micro nutrients 3x weekly with good results.
