So i got so called brilliant idea today, i have 180 with a broken side panel and 90 with a broken bottom. I want to take the 4' panels off the 90 to make a 6x4x2, if my math is correct should give me around 360g. My question is will the 1/2" glass work for this big of a tank? Also how thick should my bottom piece be, im thinking of doing euro bracing or have a custom frame made?

i made a 5x4x2 with 10 mil glass just make sure you brace it well. you can use the ame for the bottom so long as its sat on a stand
