I'm not aware of the size of your bass, if they are small, I don't see any issues, I have a big flag in with all my bigger bass, I also have a Vampire, Ruby, and Adonis pleco in my tank. If your bass are bigger, they may smash the flags, usually people grow them up together if possible or find a bigger flag. You will probably have a problem with heros efisciados "rio maica, probably end up as food at some point.

I was told flagtails will kill eachother. Sooooooo unless u have 5 tanks, looks like you made a mistake. Research then buy > buy then research.

"May be ok" it works for very few. I've tried it and they tried to kill each other one at a time.

This....

I've tried with a few as well. Two ended up dead and became bass food. But, hey, it's your money, do what you please.

Well, it's been 2 weeks now & all the flag tails are doing good. I really like the look they add to the tank. They seem to really go at it some times, but everyone eats good & acts good. I don't know, but I am thinking maybe they are having a better chance of surviving because my tank is 30 inches tall. It seems the bass, the bottom dwellers, and them have a lot of space for them all to be comfortable. Just a theory!
