New tank, new cichlids

Well I have set up a 120 and I am going to put in CA/SA cichlids I never kept before.

First up, Argentea

EBJDs, I thought these were a hybrid for years so I never pursued them

Heckelii, Beautiful

Cuban, Very excited about this guy, never seen them up here before!

I know what you're thinking, AN OSCAR? Yup, I have kept cichlids for over 30 years and never had an Oscar, funny eh?

True Festae, We were sure we netted a female but I am convinced she is a he. Your opinion?

Thanks, I've grown them all up from pups. The EBJD thought he was the "King of the Tank" but the Cuban has shown him otherwise, haha. I know its a lot of fish but I have other tanks if there is problems. Everyone is getting along great right now. Knock on wood

All very nice... I've never owned an EBJD, but I heard they were kind of delicate?? Not that you can't mix them or anything I just remember something about them being a delicate fish is all. Good luck and keep us posted!!
