my dad just bought me a 125 gallon, and he bought me a 5 in jack dempsey and a 5in brown knife. very good suprise what else do you think i should put in the tank.

are you kidding, tsn? those things grow to be more than 4ft. an arrow would fit better in your tank than that. get some clown loaches, i love those things.
I think an aro wouldn't have much time in the tank befor he out grows it, You could get one but just remember you will have to part with him when he gets too large!
Why not try a Tinfoil Barb, Severums, Parrot Cichlids And maybe a Giant Redtail Gourami.
