new tank question

this weekend i picked up another 125gal tank just for my bichirs, the tank is used and i kept the filters dirty but i put new in new sand and of course 100%water change. my question is do you think it would be safe to go ahead and put the bichirs in the tank with it probably not being fully cycled.

Agreed. It's better to wait at least 2 days even with the dirty filters.
