I found a used Oceanic 33 gallon cube, cherry trim w/ stand and an eheim classic cannister for $100. It's excatly the one I've been thinking about buying from petco for $350.

I'll be picking it up tomorrow night. Driving an hour to get it. Worth the gass IMO.

The only questions I have is is that a 2213 or a 2215 and should I replace all the media before I use it? I planned on washing it out and replacing the charcoal for a few weeks before tossing it altogether for some extra mechanical but I have doubts.

I never trust someone elses media. Personally I would loose it & transplant from another of yours to establish it.

Again; thats me. Many people use media that they get. I suppose it you know the person & trust the upkeep then you should be ok...
