New tank setup help.

Hello everyone! Currently I am in the market for a larger aquarium. Something larger than 150 but less than 450 gal. I was curious what brands I should consider? I know there are a few cheaper online sites that have tanks for great prices but I’ve read some rough things about them. So any advice on a brand of tank within those parameters would be great!

PS. hopefully the stand will be built like the last 100gal stand my bud and I built with a 2x4/4x4 frame and with stained aspen put together with wooden dowels and glue!

Howdy,

I got an AllGlass Aquarium from my LFS. Couldn't be happier. Survived two moves without a scratch. Still going strong after 6 or 7 years.

I have a 220 gal, and simply call your LFS for a price. I have seen regional differences as high as 2-3 fold. Might be worth renting a U-Haul and buying a few towns over.
